Established in 2011, Craig's Doors is a human services organization that provides vulnerable and unhoused members of our community with emergency shelter, food, and safety, as well as access to the resources they need to achieve physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Adhering to a "housing first" model, case managers at Immanuel and our other seasonal emergency shelters work closely with guests to find sustainable, permanent re-housing that meets their needs, while connecting them with a wide network of partner service providers to coordinate other aspects of their care.

Craig’s Doors strives to cultivate a culture of mutual respect and perpetual positive regard in all we do. We believe that all human beings are deserving of safety, dignity, and a sense of belonging, and that access to housing, mental and physical health care, and nutritious food is a fundamental human right.

If you or someone you know is unhoused or in need of shelter, please give us a call at (413) 256-0704, or submit a request for assistance click here to submit a request for assistance.
